In the world of tequila there’s an awful lot to wade through these days, and it’s tricky to determine who is legit on the purity front even though steps have been taken toward truth in advertising. So, it’s worth celebrating a tequila that shows real purity, like this one, which also touts it status as “The Original Organic Tequila.” It’s viscous without any sort of cloying or syrupy notes, and it delivers rich roasted agave notes with a dashes of pepper and mint on the nose and in the mouth, with pleasant warming and a long integrated finish.
