Update: More than a year and seven batches later, this item continues to deliver the goods – I scored the Batch 14 a 94 also in a blind judging. Distiller Mike Norman is certainly consistent! My 5/9/2022 review: This bourbon combines corn, wheat and barley elements in a way that flavor characteristics from each item are presented distinctly, yet they are well folded together with full integration. The barrel spice notes are bright and lively, with a little push in the finish from the high proof number. The heat and spice linger long and pleasantly, making this a fine sipping choice.
