This comes from the gang at Fat Labrador Distillery in San Francisco, who bring in whiskey from Indiana and finish it with oak treatments. It’s a three-year old, and I like the edge that’s still left here in addition to rich warming character, lively spice and great length without overt sweetness. My kind of sipper!
