I’ll be the first to admit that the cream category is one that I typically avoid. It’s got to be a trick to find the balance point between the spirit, the cream and the flavors that you want to express, particularly when it’s more than one flavor. This product nails it, with neither the chocolate or the peppermint fighting for dominance, and the textured entry cleaning up nicely in the finish and leaving a lasting flavor impression. I showed this to my tasting group, and it was thumbs up all around, with a double thumbs up from one taster who added a dollop to his espresso.
