Like the batch 7 iteration of this product that I reviewed a few years ago, the mash bill here includes corn, wheat and barley, aged for a minimum of seven months and carefully blended at high proof. The team at Weldon Mills seems to always shoot for clarity of spirit and clean textures that don’t veer into heavy or cloying styles. Aromatics and flavors of vanilla, spice and a dash of orange peel are layered and lingering through an extended finish that bring a cinnamon note forward. Like the batch 7, this is a classy sipper that keeps the pleasure coming. A Platinum Award winner at the 2026 San Diego International Wine & Spirits Challenge. 94
