Here’s a gin that can work in a lot of different settings, from a New World style dry Martini to a pair for your favorite tonic and beyond. The nose features bold lemon and lime citrus that is held in tension by notes of juniper and Bergamot. The viscous grain neutral spirit keeps the flavors coming through a fully integrated finish. Try it in a Paper Plane cocktail – you won’t be disappointed. The distillery makes five other iterations of this gin – I look forward to giving them a spin!
