A recent visit to Healdsburg turned up this great distillery, and several worthy products, including this delicious Lime Vodka. Unlike many “flavored” vodkas that focus more on having the aromatic character of the flavor take the lead and show little or no presence on the palate, this is made with hand pressed fresh lime juice, making for a vibe that lands between an aromatized spirit and a lime liqueur. It’s a fine, fresh taste neat or with a little ice, and it presents a myriad of cocktail possibilities.
