Brandy is having a moment right now in the US marketplace, andthat’s thanks in no small part to Cognacs like this stellar VSOP. Distilled from Ugni Blanc grapes, it presents floral and stonefruit aromas with hints of fall spice. On the palate the spice takes charge, with gentle vanilla notes joining the fruit and spice mix. The finish has great length and layered complexity not often found in this category. Well done! A Platinum Award winner at the 2021 Critics Challenge International Wine & Spirits Competition.
