While Vodka may not be the first spirit that you associate with Puerto Rico, this is a Vodka worth seeking out. It’s pot still distilled, which is somewhat unusual for vodka, and the methodology makes for a nicely rounded texture. A dash of vanilla in the aroma and flavor profile entice, and fine-tuned balance and purity carry the day. It’ll give a slightly different twist to your vodka martini, and a welcome twist at that.
