Using Highland agave and natural spring water, the nose of pure cooked agave leads into a smooth viscosity of spice, earthiness and lightly floral notes. This is amazingly clean and precise, neither harsh nor hot. There are additional aromas of fresh herbs and mineral notes, spring wildflowers and pepper spice. This expression displays elegance on the palate and hides nothing, so the raw agave element is the dominant note. Perfectly balanced it truly represents the best that blanco tequila can offer.
