Though this product hails from Northern California – the package art feature San Francisco’s iconic Coit Tower – it is considerably more exotic in the glass. Notes of African tea on the nose translate well on the palate while keeping the juniper character you expect in the mix. The finish keeps that tea vibe coming without losing the juniper though it becomes more of a background note. This will make a unique martini, or a complex G&T.
