Yee Haw! This is a clear and correct moonshine for fans of the rasp that comes with whiskey that doesn’t see any barrel time. It’s all sweet corn up front, and the small proportion of rye and malted barley temper the rusticity a bit, so if you like your ‘shine refined, this is a nice, flavorful example of what can happen with care. Mash bill of 90% corn, 5% rye and 5% malted barley. 90
