Soju is typically made from rice, wheat, barley or other grains, and if you don’t care for the – well, let’s call it rustic – edge and finish of traditional Soju (the world’s biggest selling beverage) then this refined expression might be for you. It’s distilled from a combination of vinifera and native American grapes, with no particular blend batch to batch. On ice, the grape character pops out a bit in a pleasant way. Think Vodka “lite” when mixing or try it solo on the rocks for an easy drinking sip. 91
