Garrison Brothers has made a niche for themselves with their white corn based bourbons. I’ve always been partial to white corn, whether it be on the cob or popcorn, and I imagine that might have something to do with why I like this bourbon when I generally stay away from high proof offerings. There’s a fine balance here between the sweet bourbon character and the oak spice – theres’ even a little tannic grip that extends the finish and keeps things on the spicy side. Count me as a fan… A Platinum Award winner at the 2024 San Diego International Wine & Spirits Challenge. 96
