Here’s an annual treat from the folks at Hinterhaus – one that stands ready to warm you wherever your hut may be this winter. It begins with bourbon and is enhanced by careful blending of port wine and honey (both locally produced) into the mix. The resulting tipple is exactly as label would lead you to believe – warming, with aromas and flavors of chocolate, toffee and a hint of berry. These elements linger pleasantly in a long finish – let’s call it an apres ski treat for fans of the sweet. It’s a very small production item, so don’t delay…Delicious!
