A sublime, complex gin from the land of peated Scotch Whisky that, for all its Isle of Islay foraged botanicals – twenty two! – in addition to 9 more standard components, still has the juniper and citrus zest forward aromatics that gin lovers gravitate towards. It’s on the palate that the layers slowly reveal themselves through a viscous texture that keeps the flavors lingering long. I love this neat, and not too cold, but it also makes a very classy martini or G&T. A Platinum Award winner at the 2021 Critics Challenge International Wine & Spirits Competition.
