“The Perfect Cosmo” By SJP (Sarah Jessica Parker, co-founder of Thomas Ashbourne) is one of the better celebrity driven canned cocktails to come from this line. Though it is a fairly simplistic take on the classic Cosmopolitan cocktail, it is reasonably balanced. Using mainly vodka and Triple Sec, it is negligibly less sweet than I would have predicted and offers definite vodka notes, light strawberry and lime, cranberry and spring wildflowers. There’s little to no finish and this doesn’t linger anywhere, but it certainly is pleasant enough for a quick and easy cocktail. 89
