One of the most alluring noses in the gin world happens to be inside your glass as you first sniff this. Clean, fresh and vibrant, the sharp focus of juniper mint, citrus all work together so when that first sip occurs, you’re already hooked. It’s subtle, refined, and sexy. The berry notes on the palate are soft but noticeable framed by acidity, mint, spearmint, light resin, and light sugared rock-candy sweetness. What sneaks up on you is the almost cayenne pepper note long after the finish. This is everything you want in a classic London Dry – nothing that is overtly out of balance but something that is smooth, predictable, compelling and an enjoyable experience from start to finish. And whether you use this as a mixer or as a stand alone gin to sip, either way you get a terrific experience.
