With all the high proof Bourbon out there (some of the best are made by this same producer) it’s nice to have solid lower proof options for sipping or cocktailing when balance is important to you. This is perfectly suited for use when either Bourbon or Rye is called for in a recipe thanks to its bright spicy finish and lack of any sort of syrupy viscosity. Of course that doesn’t mean it isn’t a fine solo sip. Quite refined. And, the cut in the title refers to a cut of the proceeds going to support the families of fallen warriors. I’ll drink to that! 94
