I’ve tasted several different batch numbers of this product over the past few years, the most recent prior to this one being Batch 2 just a couple of months ago. A rich nose of caramel apple and fall spices in this Batch No. 3 leads to a bright spicy palate that, in typical Weldon Mills style, avoids any syrupy viscosity and keeps the focus on the balance of flavors with a bright cinnamon burst in the finish. Sip it neat or dilute slowly with a big ice cube – it’s a delight to enjoy over an hour or so.. A Platinum Award winner at the 2026 Distillers Challenge International Spirits Competition. 94
